Fashion’s Night Out (FNO), the unprecedented global initiative created in 2009 to celebrate fashion, restore consumer confidence, boost the industry’s economy, and put the fun back in shopping, is returning for a third year on Thursday, September 8, 2011. Fashion’s Night Out is a collaboration between American Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, NYC & Company, and the City of New York. This is the largest fashion event to take place simultaneously around the globe, supported by the world’s most famous fashion magazine.

West Hollywood will be the center of Fashion's Night Out in Southern California. Home to the west coast's premier fashion retail locations like 3.1 Philip Lim, John Varvatos, Stella McCartney, Alberta Ferretti, and  Maxfield, West Hollywood will support and host Fashion's Night Out 2011.
